Would be a step up for Fury because we know he isn’t fighting anyone else we want , we don’t even want Wilder . Lol

Wouldnt be shocking either because Wilder never wanted Joshua and it would be a second time he fought Fury for lesser money ,if this actually happened I’d say Wilder is the dumbest boxer in history when Joshua is on the table for him again .

He's talking about his trainer deciding if he's improved enough or not ... this is what you pay a trainer for, to improve you. So, wtf? Why all the hate? He does need to improve to regain his position or go farther and he pays a guy he trusts to improve him. Why the **** would he pay the dude then not listen to him?

How is struggling and being timid for 12 rounds against a gatekeeper an improvement over going for the KO in the 9th round against Usyk?

Garcia didn't say anything that wasn't true or unknown. You must be soft like AJ if you think anything Garcia said was out of line. The obvious difference is Garcia wasn't a yes man.
Again, you are equating not going for the knock out as struggling which doesn't add up when he did what they worked on in choosing the best shots at the right times, being defensively responsible, and executing the gameplan to win almost every round. He was CONNECTING with the right hand and jab, the hooks weren't landing, and Franklin had good head movement. But Joshua saw what was working and threw the shots according to what was open. Now that he's picking up the things asked of him from the first camp, they can push for getting the KOs if they are there, but not just to blindly go for them.

Joshua went for the KO for one round while under Garcia, and was lost and gassed from there on because he didn't choose his shots wisely. The only advice he received from the corner was that he was doing great, but yet his trainer had so much criticism in public after the fight. Those discussions between a trainer and fighter are what allows them to trust each other and build their relationship, so that they are getting the best out of each training camp, and can be completely honest in assessing their growth and goals. Those conversations are ALWAYS kept within the team, and Garcia knows that, but he would rather criticize his fighter to the media outlets, to assure that no blame comes to himself. Its easy to call someone soft on the internet, I doubt very seriously that you would want any type of work from me, and I stand on that.

I didn't equate not going for a KO as struggling. What bs are you pulling out of your butt?

AJ wanted a KO against Franklin and he couldn't do it because he was too timid while he was looking to hurt Usyk in the rematch. A clear mental and skill difference.

There is no code or rule that criticism is keep within the team lol. Decent coaches criticize their fighters publically all the time. If it was trash talk then I would understand, but it was simple honest criticism and if YOU and AJ can't handle it then y'all are soft.
