Ryan Garcia fell to the logic of what Mike Tyson once said "everyone has a plan until they get hit". He was saying that he was going to break Davis's jaw with his left hook and was brash about that statement leading up to the fight. Once he actually got in the ring and got in front of Tank and got cracked a few times, he changed his tune quickly. He had to find a plan B and he couldn't make the adjustments so he loss. I think if Garcia fought more actual fighters who brought the heat to him in fights rather than tomato cans then his skill level would be much higher. I believe after Davis cracked him and put him on the canvas that he became tentative about going in there against him and fought more cautiously because he was worried about getting hurt again. Being bored is a bad bad excuse for Garcia to use. At some point, Garcia needs to keep his mouth shut. He is just making himself look bad and more like a good B level fighter.

I fail to understand why folks continue to pile on this dude. He literally has owned up to his loss, EVEN interviews when they’ve tried to give him a lay up to use the weight and hydration he hasn’t. If ANYTHING he’s out the entire onus on himself for losing. You can’t win with the haters fam. Even when dude has outright said I was beaten fair and square folks need dramaKesslerfan#1

yeah, maybe at this point he should stop talking. Him and De La Hoya. Death threats, moles.....it's all loser talk. He had his chance. He blew it. "Getting bored in there" is ridiculous. It's loser talk, plain and simple.
