You are so programmed lol if the next group can emulate Floyds boxing and resume undefeated then more power to them, its a massive task, the narrative of protecting the 0 is so flimsy when you are the best of your era and have the best resume of your era, the narrative is protecting the 0 and that only comes from the fact he has a 0 and is disliked personally, if they dissect what his 0 represents in competition, and then what it means to keep that 0 at his level of comp over 20 years through 5 weight classes is why he was great .

You swallow the hater narrative like a fly at dump, because you thrive in the rubbish, you are not truth-seeking you look for what fits your agenda, Ive said this many times I don't look at fighters like a pop star they not human figures to me, I look at them like a performance racehorse, and when you do you see the fighter not the manufactured public image.

As a fighter Floyd was great, there is no doubt he will influence many top liners and greats that are yet to come, the financials regarding Floyds career is pure business based on today's market values and the world gobbles up the show, the man generated more money than any other boxer in history, should he not get the Lion's share, why all the jealousy just do better if you can, every yard stick is set by someone should there not be people that jump ship and fly on their own, people here are hating on how the system evolves.

Fans need to split the two sides of a sporting icon, there is public image media side and then there is the performance side, the haters try and use one side to tear down the other side, it only shows me how gullible so many are as to what matters., there is never any growth to come out of hate, it's nothing but inward festering which has nothing to do with who is being hated on it all comes from self and awareness,

I don't think youth have lived enough to understand the big picture from all angles, to them it's emotion-based with very little logistics.
Interesting point. I wonder when that next big thing will arrive

floyd actually sold tickets, the promoters and networks made a lot of money off floyd

what blows my mind is companies like DAZN and even top rank who way over paid fighters and lost tons of money, I dont know why they agree to pay GGG and Crawford tens of millions of dollars to fight complete scrubs. they lost millions of dollars on those guys

There was always a lot of money laundering going on around boxing promotions back in the day , I doubt much has changed if they can exchange dirty money and build clean money potential out of it, its a form of paying tax to crooks with the chance of a clean bundle coming back.

I think it is pure incompetence at play. Throwing money around for nothing

From a commercial perspective Floyd (and to a lesser extent Pac) carried boxings mainstream profile for practically a decade.
