I don't think Garcia has a glass jaw. He just got caught with punches because he was wide open. But in neither situation was he badly hurt.
Whenever Khan got knocked down he was in bad shape when he got up. I don't think Khan would have recovered from the first knockdown in the Tank fight. I don't see similarities between the two there.
