Andy Ruiz Jr. should sign with TR. PBC has nothing to offer him but Frankie Sanchez, and I don't think he wants any part of that! High-Risk, Low-Reward! Same goes for Lenier Pero! Fury vs. Ruiz will do BIG numbers!

Too late. Nobody really cares about Fury fighting Ruiz. Ruiz looked like a crap fighting Arreola and Ortiz.

Zhang has the momentum and he is with Warren who co-promotes Fury.

Now, Fury -Zhang is a really big fight, you can actually sell this sh.it to China.

Only Usyk and Zhang are big fights for Fury.

Arum doesn’t have anyone for Canelo to fight. Other than maybe Beterbiev at 175 lbs.

Otherwise he’d give his left nut to promote an event with Canelo. Don’t kid yourselves.

As soon as that deal was signed I accurately predicted he'd look to play it out only fighting stiffs.
Dazn has overpaid everyone, canelo included. He hasn’t sniffed 1 mil us Ppv buys in 5 years. His biggest Ppv since then was with pbc against plant. He’s also a reason why dazn is losing money. That’s why they bailed on his initial contract when their subscription numbers for his fights didn’t justify his guarantee. That’s why they purposely backtracked their Ppv is dead argument and made canelo fights Ppv’s and he is barely getting half a mil buys. The numbers are so bad that they don’t even officially release the us buy rates for him. The difference with Floyd and pac , especially Floyd, is at their peak they were selling over a mil Ppv’s on a regular basis. As the A side Canelo has only sold over a mil with Chavez jr and ggg, and like I said, that was 5 years ago.

And now Canelo has another loss and is on the slide as well. It's only a matter of time before he loses again to Bivol or worse, gets pummeled by someone like Beterbiev.

Yeah, he probably is a day late, and a dollar short! I was hoping for Wilder vs. Ruiz, but who knows what Wilder is doing, besides talking! DO you think we get Fury vs. Zhang before a Zhang vs. Joyce rematch?

PBC got lots of fighters waiting for Golovkin. It's the best time to send an offer before he retires.

The difference is Floyd and pac were doing 1 million ppv buys. Canelo is doing 400k ppvs on average. That's not enough ppv buys to pay canelo the 30 to 50 million guaranteed that dazn pays him. If any of those fights that you named would have done 1 million ppvs it would be a win for dazn. But he can't crack 1 million

What this place indicates to me is casual interest in the sport. People talked about oscar and floyd and pacman...nobody cares about canelo. Probably has to do with a lot of things but man just not resonating one bit.

People that I hang with like to watch competitive fights if they have to pay for it and the ufc is just a lot better at that without argument.

Garbage undercards because the top guy(s) make too much doesn't do any favors. Dazn took a bath on ggg and canelo.
I was at the Olympia Theatre the night Rozicki gave Rivas a good fight for the WBC "Bridgerweight' title, you must be in NS!

I think its a different era now. When Floyd and Manny were fighting/selling ppv the 'black market' streaming industry was not as prevalent, thus numbers were way higher. There will never be a fight selling 1 or 2 million. I dont know any sites that keep track but i read this site everyday and never see articles from promoters boasting about ppv numbers?
