"The average for a normal functioning male is a 1:1 ratio, but WADA allows up to a 4:1 ratio without testing positive for elevated testosterone"

      Ketorolac
Brand name: Toradol- a Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug

      Whos the gullible one?

The reason given for the refusal wasn't that there was anything illegal or unusual with the request for Toradol. It was only that proper notice wasn't given to the Usada. Even though the Nevada State Athletic Commission had been notified.

Floyd's IV on the other hand, was both illegal and unusual.

Mayweather ruined a lot of lives

This is what happens to fans of fighters and not the sport when a specific fighter beats their heroes.

Mayweather was very well known to always want to have an advantage to his opponent before the fight and he personally hired and paid USADA handsomely to all of his DRUG TESTING to make all of that possible. Handicap his opponent for not approving the legal treatment for injured shoulder and at the same time giving him a pass to used an illegal IV. Brilliant move!!!!!!

I see you have done no research, your a label reader lol, go read the accounts of the footballers using it.

“Religiously. Every day. There’s no way I could get through a season without that,” Quincey said of Toradol in the TSN piece. “If you took a Toradol, it would mask all the pain. It did not matter how ****** up you were and it never messed with your head. So you could focus, play a game, but literally run through a wall and not feel it. How good I felt on that drug — I felt like Superman. I couldn’t get hurt.”

                  And another.

But the Super Bowl? With little hesitance, Holt asked for and received a Toradol shot.

"I felt like new money," Holt said. "You get that shot and you feel like you're 18, 19 years old. It's like a sheet of armor. I was a new man."

Toradol is legal, but its very controversial and they want it banned, how long Manny been using it, Arum said since the ODH fight. He could have had cortisol before Floyd fight but he didn't want that he wanted specifically Toradol , why would that be considering NFL guys state they feel like superman and run through walls, why was Manny so desperate to use it lol.

Nothing Floyd did was illegal, go do some research.
