Ryan is the one that wanted the fight, Tank didn't need it. So, yeah, Ryan got what he wanted, I guess you wanted Tank to fight at Ryan's weight demands as well? Ryan is taller by 5 inches and has a big reach advantage, but he wants a 20 pound weight advantage as well. NO, if he needs every advantage, then just go fight the best guys at 140 and get smoked!!!

There's nothing scary about keeping a guy that has all of the other physical advantages from coming in the fight at 154 for a 135 fight.Comment

It’s weight draining to make the opponent weak no question. Ya know what I mean, in fairness garcia accepted those terms ya know what I mean, Davis is not a good boxer ya know what I mean, rolly was makin him look chit until the hook to the temple ya know what I mean, not hurt just discombobulated ya know what I mean? I’m goin with Garcia to walk through his shots if anything significant lands and furthermore, I expect Davis to hit the floor atleast once in this. We will see how much heart the girl beater has.Comment

If you know boxing in depth, you can’t believe what you just wrote. Ryan has to damn near deplete a dangerous amount of water along with a good deal of muscle to make 140 pounds. And that still depletes his energy and strength with hoping he can rehydrate a good deal of the water and a small amount of energy and muscle with no rehydration clause. This is an unwise decision by Ryan to fight at a weight he probably can’t make and rehydrate to nowhere near he needs to be to complete at peak efficiency. Garcia will look terrible, slow, tentative, and with no speed, power or pop on his punches. This will lead to him not exchanging, holding and moving backwards for the entire fight. More likely ref or corner stop this round seven or eight because Ryan left any chance of winning on the weight drain.Comment

He fought at 140 once his entire career, he said after that one fight that lightweight is the division he's most comfortable. He didn't seek out the fight with Garcia, Ryan wanted him. Then there shouldn't be a problem, he knows what division Tank fights in, stop crying and man up. If he feels handicapped then fight a real 140 lber, but I guess he doesn't want that type of work.Comment
