'Or maybe, Haney should fight in his REAL weight class, but he's afraid of Prograis, Matias, and Taylor. If he come in the ring at 150, why not fight guys his size to receive credit. Nah, that's too much like doing things right.'
IF Haney can make 135 safely & without doing PEDs then he should stay there, but those are 2 big IFs. Shakur has already said how drawn & weak Devin looks making 135. I am gonna say that I can see Loma beating him, partly on his exceptional skills & experience but partly because I don't believe Devin can make 135 safely no more. As for staying longer, whatever my skills, I wouldn't want to feel weak & debilitated going in against a MoFo like Tank. BTW, Taylor shouldn't be at 140 for exactly the same reasons.

There is definitely money to be made at 135. Also, when a fighter wins titles in multiple weight classes, mostly by doing this exact same thing, people make a big deal about it. Unless, of course, they don't like that fighter'Or maybe, Haney should fight in his REAL weight class, but he's afraid of Prograis, Matias, and Taylor. Professional playing all his cards, its not an ego competition its professional fighting, its no different to what Tank is doing with Ryan only from another angle all with the rules.
There is nothing inherently wrong with weight clauses or being big at weight before a fight has happened, after the fight is where we can see if it was the major reason for winning, before the fight its a case of all is fair in love and war.Comment
