quite a way back for him.
Do Vitali has been boxing from the age of 13..........it's not like he was just introduced to boxing in his 20's after Kickboxing. He was also a great amature boxer.

Imagine if he had been a boxer from the beginning? He may have fought a prime Lewis, Rid**** Bowe, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield and the other 1990's top heavyweights.

Due to his late start he only came into the heavyweight picture in 1999 when he beat Herbie Hide and afterwards lost Chris Byrd which basically ruined his reputation until the Lennox Lewis fight 3 years after.

He only began to focus on boxing instead of kickboxing in the mid 1990's however.

They claimed it was a kick to the body, not a head kick.

            where's the proof?

I call bull****, I agree with Vitali, it never happened.

and if it did happen, who gives a flying ****? Vitali was just a young kid back then and only weighed around 200 lbs when he was kickboxing.

No, Vitali has always devoted a big part of his life to boxing from the age of 13. He was a great boxing amature and in his early 20's he won a silver medal at the world championships.

He had 210 boxing amature fights

well, I figure he was more concentrated on kickboxing in that period of time. All I was saying was that he was raw.

I mean, hes a string bean in this kickboxing match. looks odd, ha.

He probably would have been too young even if he did flat out boxing from the beginning. I wouldve still loved to see those fights, but this skinny version of him vs the likes of Bowe, Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis...
wouldnt have looked too good, imo.

I read a interview with Pele Reid, in the boxing monthly i belive, and he says there were many witness's who saw Viatli knocked out.

and of course your going to call bull****, because your head is up vitali's *******!

He won a silver medal in 1995, after he had already discontinued his kickboxing career.

All of his amateur boxing accomplishments were achieved after he had stopped being a kickboxer.

Agreed. He seems a bit more agile but not as strong and likely less durable.
