    ''Slightly'' ?!?!?

    Can't get any worse.
Del Bum would be levels above Frankie right now.

There is nothing stopping Joshua from fighting in his gym for real 'Behind closed doors'.

I have always stated that the real work gets done in the gym, Joshua in reality is not going to be inactive for 8 months 'Joshua is going to be training'.

But I like the idea of club fights behind closed doors, there are many ways fighters can train and work on aspects of their game.

Note: The only gym what I have seen in america, that has this kind of set up 'Is Floyd Mayweather Junior's gym'.

Looool This is just utter rubbish and doesn't speak from a lock of experience of any real fighting. There was no such thing as "club fights", sanctioning bodies and the BBofC are **** as hell about what are sanctioned fights and what are not.

And jesus lord no, there is no experience anything close to an actual competitive bout. One of those counts for like 25 rounds of sparring.

If you know the story of Mike Tyson, then you will understand that he fought on the club circuit before his professional career.

It was a underground inter club type competitive circuit.

All I am suggesting is that if something similar like this existed still today 'Joshua would benefit from such a competitive environment'.

The closest type of competitive boxing gym environment, that I am aware of that was most like this was 'Floyd Mayweather Junior's gym'.

Hearn might as well cash Joshua out.

I've fought on interclubs. They're the same in MMA. They're a level below amateur even and often have shorter rounds with even less talented fighters. This would like suggesting Joshua to have amateur fights again. He gains absolutely nothing from it. You've been reading urban legend nonsense about Tyson and thinking it counts for anything. You can go to the most competitive gym in the world and it WILL NOTA mimick the experience of fighting in an actual competitive boxing match with 10/12 oz gloves.

There is absolutely nothing stopping Team Joshua, for arranging a fight behind closed doors 'Absolutely nothing'.

Essentially that is what I am getting at. Arrange a few fights behind closed doors in the gym 'Not sparring sessions, actual fights'.

You may have had experience in amateur boxing or whatever but the fact of the matter is 'Fights and violence happens all the time'.

Note: I aware that it is unlikely such a training environment will be created 'Especially with Joshua'. With the potential legalities of such a set up, and ability to find competition.

But really if a boxing team honestly wanted to set something like this up 1000%, they would make it happen 'I would imagine Team Fury, have more infrastructure there to set up these sort of fights more easily'.

I used to watch Mayweather's gym channel, and fighters used to have hybrid type fights 'Again this is not quite the type of environment I am suggesting for Joshua, but even still this was a really competitive environment' Which I actually think during certain stages of a fighters career, they can definitely benefit from.

I cannot envision training being like this for Joshua in the Olympic sports institute.

Joshua is always in condition, innately Joshua understands the importance of a athlete's lifestyle 'I just personally think he needs to be in a more hyper competitive violent environment' at-least for a sustained period of time.

The only reason why I have suggested these sort of methods, is because I honestly don't understand the decision not to fight until December etc.
