I would prefer to watch Lomachenko finish his career in his own weight division. Lomachenko/Haney is a featherweight versus a welterweight.

Haney has been calling Loma out since he was 20 years of age.. completely cool with it. Loma isn't coming up 2 weight classes to fight Haney, he's been unified champion in that division and varied as #1 in the past. Nothing like Rigo-Loma. Russell wasn't as bad as both were prospects and inexperienced.

The same thing Floyd, Pac, Sweet Pea, Duran, Hopkins & all the other ATG's did? chase greatness? Isn't that what your meant to do? Or do you just stay in a mediocre division? Besides Shakur would've been at 126 & 130 had Loma stayed there. Career still would've went wayward

Floyd was 36 when he fought Canelo. Nice try though.

He brought Rigo up 2 weight classes, how were they in the same division. Currently Rigo fights 3 or 4 weight classes below the weight Loma brought him up to and he's not the biggest for the weight class either, that's how small he is.

He fought Oscar at 154 when he was 30, in my opinion the high point of his career. He'd been fighting as a welter since he was 28.

The Canelo catchweight was a travesty.

LMAO!!! You can't make this **** up!!!

Haney is fighting in a division where he's generally the same size as majority of the other fighters and has tried to constantly fight the bigger elite guys - a division where Loma had previously won titles and became a unified champ. Loma was fighting at 126 where he had a weight advantage in every fight except the Salido fight and then at 130 - brought Rigondeaux up 2 weight classes, a guy that's a natural bantamweight and could never compete against 130 in this life or the next. I mean.. doesn't take a genius to see the two differences

Loma fans are insanely crazy. You said Loma and Donaire are the same size I posted a screenshot to that in a boxing group FB and everyone was in tears. Loma fans have to be MUCH WORSE than Pac fans. HOLY

Floyd & Manny didn't have handouts either. I remember Bud saying Top Rank + Arum would promote Loma and his fights much more than Crawfords

                      Uysk 36 right now
Terence Crawford turning 36 in 5 months.
                      Beterbiev 38
                      Canelo 33 in 2 months
                      Bivol 33 this year
Fury 35 in a few months
Floyd 36 when he fought Canelo & Maidana.

All these guys bar Floyd are going into huge fights this year against elite competition but guess what, it's only Lomachenko fans with age excuses for their fighter. SAD times.
