And....once the swelling goes down...well we'll see what his face looks like then.
Elite face..wtf does that even mean?
Davis isnt elite, his fights at 135 and 140 sell but they arent vs the undisputed champs at either weight. He walks around like hes some champion when the truth is he WAS only at 130

If Garcia wins it would be the making of a star with potential because of his size he should d be able to fight up through 147 making, which is the min weight level to be the face of boxing. Davis is to small for 147 he doesn't have blazing pacman speed mixed with angles to be a force at 147

Inoue v Fulton has a better shot of taking the shine off, since that's actually a real fight with a date. Canelo could get himself back in the mix if he beats Bivol or Benavidez or both. Tall orders, but who knows. Loma will likely be back in the spotlight if he beats Haney as well. Not sure how Haney winning will look, especially if he moves up after.
          Yes I do.

Hopefully you are right. I'll believe it when the final bell has rung at this point. Would be just our luck to have the fights made, started, and then ruled a no-contest due to a clash of heads or something. Usyk-Fury also seems particularly unlikely for many reasons.

Lightweight was pretty hot back in the 80s! O'Grady, Kenty, Arguello, Mancini, Haugen, Camacho! Man I wish I could've been around for it!

I honestly don't think he's going to do very well at 140 even. Fundamentally, Ryan is not very sound. Often we'll hear a boxer being accused of being good but basic but that isn't Ryan. Ryan has a spectacular hook, if he were basically good in addition, he'd be a force.

Tank wins this 80/20. Garcia is no-hoping. Should have been more active. Now he's going to get beat and have a ready-made-excuse

Ali ,Tyson SugarRay, to a lesser extent Manny and Floyd were all faces of boxing, no one since has crossed over enough into the mainstream world to be considered a face.
