who said it was his fault? I’m just staying it wasn’t Haney’s fault that the fight didn’t happen as the other guy implied. Loma made his choice to fight Lopez which was fine, but the fact is Haney tried to fight him first, loma declined, gave up his belt and that’s what took place.

Doesn’t matter because none of that was my point. I responded to the other guy who said Haney waited until loma was old to take the fight. That’s not what happened. Loma chose another route, that’s not Haney’s fault. As for you, you didn’t read the previous posts, got emotional, then said loma fought for undisputed. I proved he didn’t, you were wrong, so you really don’t have a leg to stand on. Talking about “ real boxing people “ and you didn’t even know the one fighter you’re a ball guzzling groupie of never fought for undisputed. Between the 2 of us, you’re clearly the non boxing person. Go take up badminton or some shyt like that.

The head of the WBC said that fight was for undisputed.

It is,” said Sulaiman when asked if Lomachenko fights the Richard Commey vs. Teofimo Lopez fight would be for the undisputed lightweight championship. “He is the WBC champion. It’s a technicality that is going to take time to understand, to give it and to shape it.
“There’s a lot of fuss about there being no undisputed, but I think it’s more important for the highest fighter to be able to compete against other champions in other weight categories against the fact of the impossibility of being on this being undisputed. I don’t know if I’m making sense.

“There have been during the history of the sport very few undisputed champions. Why, because the mandatories get in the way, and they get stripped. So this is a solution for that side of the rules, which serve very well in general. But they do a disservice to the sport in the very few cases. We are the ones that invented the mandatory designation and the mandatory challenger.

‘The WBC invented that, because Sonny Liston. So many fighters waited five or six years to fight for a title. But there are certain fighters that make an era. Canelo [Alvarez] is one, and Lomachenko is another. They make the era of today, and they want to make the best fights and continuously will be fighting. So, we’ll see,” Sulaiman said.
The sanctioning body literally said, directly, on multiple occasions, that the fight was for undisputed, and they also said, repeatedly, that the franchise belt was the highest version, just as the WBA Super champion is higher than the regular. Just because it was a ****** idea doesn't make you more of an expert on what counts than the people sanctioning the title in the first place.

And Haney was just a jumped up mandatory who defended his mandatory status several times until he finally got a shot at the real champion, Kambosos. It's not the fault of Loma or Haney that Sulaiman is greedy and ******. Loma earned the real title in the ring, while Haney got his in the mail.

I like Devin but I think he hung around one fight too long. He’s going to try and jab Loma to death. Loma will adjust and start making his way on the inside by around round 4-5. Then he will systematically pit pat his way to a SD win. No way you Bob lets those belts leave the top rank side of the street either. Keep that in mind.

Excuses are not even needed. Haney is not winning the fight. Exactly.
