100% true. Haney is just on a different level and he will make it look easy. loma, garcia, davis are all PED user but haney will make them look like garbage.

Loma would still be dominant if he was using PEDs. At his age would give him a huge boost. You see it in older athletes that use them. I do believe there is rampant Ped use in boxing.

Btw, a lot of signs point to Floyd used them as well. I read Tris Dixon’s excellent biography and was convinced (he makes no conclusions just presents evidence like having IVs at home and overpaying by 100k VADA on his fights). He also didn’t do 365 testing… you get benefits of peds months before fights and can still benefit when you cycle off in time for testing to start.

Agree. I think he got good practice for Haney by fighting Ortiz: big lightweight, strong jab, more power than Holdy Haney.

the floyd career path fighting guys like kambosos who arent good but score upset wins and 35 year old guys who clearly arent as good as they were.

Loma is one slippery mofo in that ring
Just the size difference can make for Haney to have difficulty to hold him

Haney is a weight bully and a huge jab and gran clincher. Loma is a pure boxer, way older, and is severely undersized. All the odds are stacked against him.

In their primes, at similar weight, Loma destroys Haney 10/10 and they both know it. Haney is annoying AF, clinches to the point of DQ, and bores out his stadiums every time.

If the ref warns Haney for grabbing in round 2, we may have a good fight. If he lets him get away with it.. urgh.
