Benavidez and his chance of fighting Canelo

Does Canelo give Benavidez a shot now or will he drop the WBC belt and not fight him?

I can see him dropping the title and naming 5 reasons why he shouldn't fight Benavidez even though that's the fight I wanna see them both in.

I honestly think Canelo just doesn’t wanna give him a paycheque
Canelo don’t really need to fight Benavidez in all reality cause imo he’s already on decline , Father Time
He might have two three max fights left in him

Canelo can do whatever he wants.

Benevidez is a good fight for us, but reality is it doesn't do much for him and his legacy.

Unfortunately, I think Canelo drops the belt.

He won’t risk losing the Mexican/Latino fanbase against a fellow Latino fighter.

He'll prefer to get schooled by Bivol than fight Benavidez next

I think Canelo does fight Benavidez after the Bivol fight. There’s not that many big fights out there for Canelo and Benavidez is a big fight that’s winnable. And the Benavidez that beat Plant can’t beat Canelo. Benavidez has to take his performance to another level or Canelo’s going to sleep him.

                Canelo ain't fighting Bivol again

I said he wouldn't win the first fight and straight after said he will never fight him again

Of course he has to say he wants it to save face but he'll just keep letting time go by until nobody cares. Not many people care anyway, nobody is demanding it. They want Bivol v Betetbiev.

It's a stylistic nightmare for Canelo, always was and now he knows it. You'll not see him in the ring with Bivol anytime soon.

They could have had a rematch in September last year but Canelo ducked it. They could have had it in May, he's fighting Ryder.

Hid rematch clause isn't valid anymore either.

I hope you are right. I don`t need to see Bivol schooling Canelo again. I prefer Bivol -Beterbiev and Canelo -Benavidez.

Isn’t he under contract for another 2 fights? Who else is out there on DAZN? Unless they can bring Benavidez to DAZN which might not be out of the question anymore.
