  • 6th to Benavidez, his best rd, 3-3. Power shots are starting to land, if Benavidez was actually throwing to the body, he'd probably be in complete control

Doesn’t matter how many he misses it’s the ones he’s landing that has plant hurt

      • I'd like to give a special "FCUK YOU" shout out to Bayless for letting Plant hold and hold is arm out without using it

On top of that, he's sprinting in to break them up

        • Back half David needs to step it up then step it up again.

              • 1-0 Benavidez, pushing the action (for once). Nice hook.
1-1 Plant, nothing much happening but good boxing by Plant.
2-1 Benavidez, harder punches, buzzed Plant. Plant with a couple of nice scoring shots that aren't doing anything.
2-2 Plant, great boxing. David reaching a lot, missing tons of shots. Lands some grazing shots. Obvious low blow by Plant that was missed.
3-2 Plant. Very tight round, David landing good shots but majority are blocked. Plant with combos and clinches. David getting frustrated.
3-3 Benavidez, starting to land some good shots. Plant is evading majority but not throwing anything good back. David with a nice right and a jab with best punches of the round.

                • Bayless needs to tell Plant to stop measuring.

                  • This kid better hope he never outgrows 168 because Bivol and Beterbeiv would destroy him. He's an average fighter who's beat nobody up till this point
