Poverty that is controlled by a promoter and sanctioning bodies who are getting ****** rich off the back of a boxer through exploitation. The worst are the multiple loss fighters who are financially ****d by promoters.

Not really because boxers aren't bound by a contract and they obviously arent going to make tons of money if they aren't a draw.

Like I said before. A boxer goes in and out of the ring by choice and when they do they get a paycheck that they agreed on. They have no obligations.
That's why "tomato cans" have regular jobs and then take a fight to collect a quick wad of cash that they deem worthy. They aren't forced or controlled by the promoter.

So there is no exploitation.
Their poverty comes from not having a better job or other issues that have nothing to do with boxing.
