I don't know what it all means. I'm guessing it's about moving away from the traditional "cable" way of watching video contents and incorporating social media or the internet revolution. We'll see what happens.

He just fought. And he's not booking the next one for the same reason Thurman doesn't have a fight scheduled - they're waiting to see what the two champions are going to do, and then they'll move accordingly.

If Spence vacates and moves up, they don't want to have fights scheduled in case there's a title opportunity that might otherwise fall into their laps.

Raymond Muratalla was barely in his 2nd week of his last fight, yet already announcing his next fight with a dangerous guy like Nakathilla as undercard for the Loma/Haney fight. And the fight is already on Boxrec.

Good point. But I'm guessing that fight would not materialize and TR would look for a replacement for Muratalla. Just a guess.
