He's always doing the My Guy vs Ali comparisons and say how they'll surpass him. It's just schtick, he's switching it up with Hagler.

But he is not lying, potential is anyone guess boxing is different these days.

That's true and let me preface this with, I think Shakur is the most talented person in boxing right now, big fan...but sticking to the context of Haglers star-power =---> I don't see Shakur being as popular. Hagler and of course Ray before him were all over television. Commercials for pizza, soda, deodorant, Franklin gloves, etc =---> they were household names. I have strong reservations that Shakur never gets there. He needs to beat Haney, Tank, Ryan, Loma before anything.
