Stevenson is an Ultra-Talented Boxer! Bob might learn from the past, and avoid the mistakes he made with so many ATGs that left him, mostly on bad terms! That would be great for Shakur! Much respect to Brick City, but I can't crown Shakur until he defeats the winner of Haney vs. Lomachenko! Can't wait for that match-up! Let's Get It!
I hope Shu-Shu is next! I hope Arum gives him the same shine as Shakur, Xander, Keyshawn, and Jared! Brooklyn Stand Up!Last edited by Bronx2245; 03-16-2023, 10:34 AM.Comment

I get the impression Shakur has the willingness to take on anyone, however, with the way boxing is today I don't think he'll have the opponents needed to elevate him like Hagler was elevated.Comment

Stevenson will not have the strength of schedule or quality of opponent to garner both the level of widespread appeal or merit that Hagler earned. Hagler has ATGs on his resume and he came up the hard way. I like Arum and his body of work but he’s hitting that ganja too hard.Comment

Good old Bob Arum. "Yesterday I was lying. Today I'm telling the truth".
I see that Bob is now a fresh fruit salesman with his latest comparison between apples and oranges.Comment

AKA "Alzheimer's, Senile, etc.. And his staff a bunch of buffoons with Jacobs, Moretti. Once Arum croaks TR is gone..Comment

My thoughts exactly. The only things that they have in common are the fact that they are both male boxers, are African Americans, and are apparently both from Newark. But that's where the comparisons end, lol.Comment

i always think its funny when fighters people like get hype they love it but when they dont like the fighter and that fighter gets some hype they can go ballistic at not just the fighter but his fans too and actually blame the people giving the guy hype for their dislike of the fighterComment
