It's called trash talk. Are you a casual boxing fan?

The only time I won't root for the black fighter is when that black fighter is a sellout and a total embarrassment to us black folks and even then, I just won't root for anyone. Call it racism all you want, that just the way it is. Other races root for their own, but when black people do it, we are racist, smh.. In nature most animals stick with their own kind, lions with lions, elephants with elephants, buffaloes with buffaloes, so I"M STICKING WITH MY OWN KIND and will always root for my own black people against ALL OTHERS. Anyways good job Tim Tszyu, even though I rooted against him, he did his thing in there. He still gets my respect as a boxer.
I've been known black folks are like that the majority are.

It's some dumbass Latinos, whites Asians etc that don't see it.. so they cheer against there own like some dumbasses.

I've never see a black dude cheer for anyone not black...assuming no personal interest involved obviously.

latinos Asian and white folks gotta wake the **** up.

        • The words FIXED, IN THE BAG, RIGGED all come to mind... Harrison came for a check, did absolutely NOTHING and should have his purse withheld... Tszyu is trash, if Charlo has anything like he did for Castano, this kid is going out and ugly...

Naw, it wasn't trash talk-he genuinely believed it. He based his whole career on a close fight with Charlo that went his way and assumed he was the best...then paid the price.

So you think a mindset of sticking behind someone solely based on race and not skillset or attributes is the smart way to approach the betting lines?

I am also wondering if you get behind someone of the same race in other instances for the sake of skin color.

I doubt he was paid big enough money to "throw the fight" as you suggest. Harrison isn't even a big enough name in Australia to be throwing huge amounts at him to throw a fight. LOL

I'm not a betting man i said nothing about betting so don't put words in my mouth. ofcourse I wont bet based on race that is obviously not smart.

But like the person I quoted said blacks only cheer for blacks I've known That being born n raised in Oakland California that was clear to me since day one.

Cheer and betting are two different things.

Unlike black folks Latinos, Asians don't always cheer for there own they'll cheer for a black fighter because American media has labeled blacks and Caucasian athletes as the heroes and everyone else the "outsider".

Again Latinos and Asians need to wake the **** up and yes some have but a lot still are brain washed.

Apart from trash talk, name one boxer or any elite athlete who doesn't believe he can beat his opponent? You are acting like a sentimental casual.

Gotchya....Look, personally, I pick based on skills, attributes and styles....race is something that is petty to cheer for. In order to get me to cheer for any fighter they have to bring more to the table instead of something as trivial as skin color. To say I like everyone from my own race would be a lie...
