Boxer imposed catchweights and rehydration clauses are weak. If boxing wants to eliminate guys cutting massive amounts of weight to have a size advantage, go back to same day weigh ins.

canelo is really impressed by this a-side domination, canelo has never lost a fight he slapped on either a catchweight or a rehydration clause, imagine he slapped both on the same time? canelo is drooling at the thought of itcharliepaerker likes this.

Now we have two weigh ins, why not 3 or 4? Why not put a scale in the ring fight night and just make the fight with all the rehydration included? They're going to the scales on fight night anyway. It doesn't make any sense.Chris Hanson likes this.
