Of course. Andy ruiz ko'd AJ. I could only imagine what Deontay Wilder would have done to him. Speaking of Deontay and Andy.......it sucks that they have not made that fight. Andy/Wilder would be an absolute ****er of a fight.

Why would Usyk settle for 70/30 for Fury ? OK then... winner takes 70% ... All good ? ... Sign here Tyson... I thought you were here to flatten a MW ...

I trust Usyk. He will do his part to get it done. I mean this money will be huge, it is just not as huge as both sides were hopping it would be.

But honestly everyone has to agree that Fury is the draw. The man is a lightning rod for both good and bad publicity. That sells in combat sports. I have said it for what seems like since I joined this forum: Boxing is better with Tyson Fury in it. I will pick Usyk. He brings more championship belts. He is a single fight away from being an undefeated 2 division undisputed champ. He is flirting with all time great category, even considering the watered down state of these sanctioning bodies. But Fury is a Iron Willed monster in the ring and a brilliant salesman out of it. That is an irreplaceable combo.

Lol probably because 30% of a Tyson fury fight is the biggest payday of his career

Andy ruiz who was perceived as an easy introduction for AJ to america and was matchroom America’s big coming out party in miami only exposed AJ for being a mid tier fighter protected fighter with heart and chin issues. Then after they pulled ruiz out to saudi and let him put on 60 pounds he won a decision. Fast forward to usyk vs AJ 1…usyk coming off a questionable decision against journeyman chisora was considered an easy fight AJ was heavily favoured and if he won the fury fight was next. Usyk exposed AJ worse than ruiz did tho and he did it 2x
Actual truth is Fury pulled out of 2 Joshua fights now - the 2nd one after giving 2 x 24-hour deadlines and a 10 day deadline - it's just obvious Fury didn't think AJ would accept and then had to get out of the fight. It came out afterwards he was making it hard for AJs sponsors to get displayed at the event. No one does that if they want the fight.

Wilder said "AJ offered me more than Fury did to fight him but I chose Fury" Aj had all the other belts at the time and Fury had none. This is a matter of record after saying for years that it was AJ who was running from him. Wilder - he seems to have now run from Ruiz and is talking about fighting a MMA guy

If you look at AJ's record - pretty much every fight is a top-10 opponent at the time where Fury fights people like Wallin, Schwarz and Pianeta - none of whom were in the top-20 at the time. Some not even in the top-50!

If you don't think Fury was trying to duck this fight when he offered 70/30 on Twitter - which Usyk immediately accepted - you are crazy. Just the fact that Usyk accepted straight-away showed how terrible the negotiations must have been. That was the only chance he had to get Fury in the ring - take a massive pay cut

Hearn is actually spot on for a change. Fury ducked AJ twice (nobody quite knows why!). The 70/30 offer was Furys way of saying he's also scared of Usyk. The supposed best heavyweight in the world sure does seem scared of any remotely credible opponent. Maybe he needs a tune up quadroligy against punchers-chance club boxer #bumsquad. Hats off to Usyk for calling out the Gypsy Fraud despite the insulting purse! Please KO the Gypsy POS!!

I love how Eddie attempts to re-write history. Usyk was mandatory challenger for two years before finally getting his shot. With Hearn threatening to vacate of they were not allowed a voluntary first!

Fury got a unification clash sorted within 3 months of his last fight. Hearn had half a decade to do the same and failed. Bitter b*stard.

For once, fast Eddie is telling the truth. However Usyk also got less than 30% his first time around.

Explain how losing 20% is a successful bluff? I would love to do business with clowns like you
