All fighters who aren't HWs show up to the scale in a dangerously dehydrated state and most rehydrate to at least 10% more of the fight weight by fight night. Stipulating that your opponent cannot fully rehydrate to a safe fight weight is plain cowardice. If a fighter makes weight on the weigh-in night, he made weight.
