Shouldn't have accepted that rehydration clause! That's what happens when you're too thirsty!

Yeah there is a difference between a catchweight then having a catchweight plus a dehydration clause and the max allowed to be in the ring, especially with this one appearing to be so near to the time of the actual fight which doesn't give much time to dehrdrate/rehydrate safely which causes less fluid around the brain. It can and has been dangerous even with boxers doing **** like this by their own choice to try and make weight as a taller fighter for reach advantage in the past etc.
It's deffo a ***** move by Tank and nothing like manny v magarito, Manny was 10 weight classes higher than where he won his first world title and been a champ in 8 of them as he skipped two weight classes. Margarito didn't have these restrictions, he was huge on the night of the fight and, He made the 150 max on the Friday weigh in and manny was 144.5lbs or something, manny was just over 148 in the ring and Margarito was 165 the unnoficial HBO scales the next day I think, thats a huge difference and nothing like this, he was huge and you could see when he did land it hurt manny, he still tore him to shreds despite being tiny in every way compared to him and as I said was 10 divisions higher than where he won his first world title.... This is nothing at all like that so no point comparing it to that.
Tank already fought Barrios and didn't impose both on him but is here which is strange and makes it looks like he's got bit of fear in him, the catchweight is maybe fair even though there isn't that much of a difference between these two and Tank says he's superior in every way and already fought barriois but the rehydration clause so close with max ring weight added is a ***** move. Every tank fan says this **** about Canelo when he's doing it with Light Heavyweights much higher than where he was just a few years ago so why don't they keep the same energy with this.
Garcia agreed to it though, nobody put a gun to his head. His choice so he obviously feels he can do it and have no excuses, this wasn't pre prepared excuses. He was answering a question given to him when being interviewed, is he meant to pleas the 5th and not answer lol?
It is a ***** move but Garcia agreed to it. I don't really care who wins I'm just glad we're finally getting a fight that should be great that people have wanted to see for ages. I'll just enjoy watching it.
FInally some good fights for us, Joyce v Zhang, Benavidez v Plant, with Inoue v Fulton all within a few weeks before this and after with another couple ****ers too. Be a good couple of months for us all.Comment

Its another handicap and if two guys are naturally different sizes somebody will be at a disadvantage, it has to be, so there is no way it could ever be fair unless there were same day weigh and fight, anything else is a handicap to someone, a rehydration clause is actually worse as it limits what they would hydrate too, so to be squeezed down and then not allowed to fully hydrate is a double whammy
We have weight classes for a reason, or in this case a catchweight, similar weight is the variable we expect in boxing matches. Trying to make that weigh in and similar weight as close to the fight as possible is a good thing; regardless of who we may be a fan of in the given fight.Comment

Except HE IS and Tank DID impose bitchass rehydration and rematches clauses. No amount of your "but but buuu Haney doe" deflection in every thread pertaining to this fight changes this fact. Call it for what it is.....Comment
