    Let's test your stance.

Did you have ANY issue with Weeks rushing in to stop Angulo after Canelo landed a single flush uppercut?

My memory of this fight is hazy but if I remember correctly, Angulo was eating heavy blows from the opening bell and couldn't mount his own offense. I just remember Canelo landing too many flush shots round after round and the accumulation of punches were too much. The uppercut was just a nail in the coffin and the stoppage was justified. Angulo had nothing for him literally and it made no sense for the fight to continue at that point.

        Bold is the key.

        Accumulation.

If you were OK with the Angulo stoppage, you should be ok with the Ponce stoppage for the exact same reason, unless you missed his head getting bounced like a PEZ dispenser constantly.

Lmao ur trippin. Prince was doing well in this fight. Their was 2 way fire. Angulo vs canelo was a one way one sided 10 round beatdown. That’s not what this fight was. This was 5 rounds ponce was doing decent. If ponce took another round or 2 of one sidedness sure throw the white flag. But to do that after 5 rounds is disgraceful

The trainer gave his honest reason's for why he stopped the fight, but that's not good enough for you.
You have to stoop so low as to say that he had bet money on the fight, although that has happened in fight's, if you don't know that to be a fact, you shouldn't say it.
New Flash! Prograis has also been defeated already, and unlike Matias, Prograis hasn't beaten his conqueror to even the score.
Moreover Petros Ananyan who won a close decision against Matias had to go to the hospital after both of their fight's.
Lastly if, and when Matias, and Prograis ever fight, l believe it's going to be a contested battle of will's between the both of them, and there's no guarantee as to who will win that unification bout.
Stop smoking d*ck lol. Wym u couldn’t convince ponce? He was fighting he didn’t give up his corner threw in the towel. U love Mathias cause he’s Puerto Rican I get it but he lost to ananyan who’s a BUM. Bragging about sending him to the hospital lol. Regis would retire him and Mathias would lose badly to josh Taylor the consensus #1 at the weight. There’s a difference between Taylor and ananyan my friend lol

Spoken as someone who wasn't watching the fight closely and only cares about THEIR entertainment.

Ponce was getting nailed with hard shots from Round 2 onward while Matias was walking through the bee stings.

Just because there's no wobbling to visually satisfy you, doesn't mean the trainer working the corner can't see when his guy is hurt.

Buddy McGirt would have stopped it in Round 4: "too much baby, he's too much baby"

ur just an idiot lol. I’m the first one up for fighter saftey. This is BOXING tho. They get danger pay. If u don’t wanna be a boxer get a real job. They get paid to fight. If u don’t wanna fight ..do something else. Go check fighter saftey records. U don’t know ****. Everyone keeps bringing up dadashev. I don’t think anyone understands that when u get punched in the head there is ALWAYS a chance u will die. If they’re not ok with that fight another job. This fight was not near the realm of “dangerous”. No fighter was ever in any trouble in the fight. Basically it’s just og bunch of Puerto Rico lovers and Mathias nut huggers that are cheering this stoppage lol. Pathetic. Wait till ur hero faces some good he’s gonna get exposed. Then I wanna hear all the “Mathias hits different” nonsense lmao. Dude isn’t very good. He 32 and never faced a world class opponent and never had a title belt. Bunch of tards in here lol
