Comments Thread For: Lomachenko Tabs Haney As One Of The Best Pound For Pound Fighters In The World

Too young, too green, not enough experience, in over his head. For the most part, Devin Haney ignored his long line of detractors. With the former amateur standout determined to face the very best that the lightweight division had to offer, he effortlessly mowed down his competition.

As much as he sounds like he's kinda hyping up Haney so he gets his credit if he wins, he's not wrong. As much as people knock Haney for the holding, lack of punching power, weight bully, white boy comments, etc, he is one of the most pure boxers on the planet, is the king of his division, and clearly deserves to be on P4P lists for his accomplishment at a very young age. This altogether, is a dangerous fight for both guys and both guys should get credit for making this fight regardless of what the outcome is. Should be a very high-level chess match. Looking forward to seeing this happen.

Hans, you need to look into words like "usurp" before using them. They way you use it here pretty well shows you've never seen the word before and it stopped me from reading the rest.

"Lomachenko requested to become a franchise champion"

This bull**** right here is why Loma gets so little respect from casuals. It's a lie and everyone knows it. Boxing scene is getting close to boxing24/7 territory with this clickbait bull****.

Jamaine Ortiz will beat anyone else at lightweight and if he hadn't gotten tired there at the end he would have won. Loma had is hands full.

Id like to see Jamaine Ortiz vs. Ray Muratalla! I think that would be a good matchup!
