It's entirely a whole other thing when you're looking forward to hurting an opponent, and sending them to the hospital.
Talking like that can be viewed as being down right criminal, he's going to start losing popularity, if you live by the sword, you die by the sword.

And indeed it's a pity, because Subriel usually comes across as a decent person. So this threat to Prograis sounds entirely out of place, and forced.
