Khan ducked plenty of fighters including rematches with 2 fighters who beat him plus a Maidana rematch.
He ducked Brook for going on 5 yrs until he decided to cash out thinking Brook was even more shot than he was.
You could probably argue he ducked Conor Benn also but I'll give him a pass on that one.

He did say he was going to fight 3 times in 2023 so if he’s not fighting Spence, hopefully he’ll be forced to fight Boots or Ortiz.

Not really he's still done better then most of the PBC roster in the last few years vs Pacquiao and let's pretend it's because it's Pacquiao because Ugas done half the numbers comparatively... in fact the only person who done better numbers then him in recent years is Wilder...

Are you talking about when Ugas replaced Spence? Ugas had no name value at the time. People wanted Pac/Spence. After Broner s**t the bed in that fight only a fool would have paid to see him again. Wilder had numbers because people like seeing KOs and it's also big thanks to Tyson Fury.
