Yeah, they voted to ban him for life, actually. He probably knows that which is why he feels comfortable calling out Inoue, since he's never going to get that fight short of mandatory enforcement, and possibly not even then.

Well, he didn’t lose his 0 but maybe fight with Fulton would be a good comeback for Steph and maybe the winner get the generational talent Inoue after he becomes undisputed.
