At this point, there are really only a half dozen or so relevant heavyweights (fury, usyk, joshua, joyce and ruiz) so I don't know what fights he thinks he can get. Of those ruiz is the easiest to make so I don't know why he just doesn't go ahead and take it. Unfortunately, he wants a certain amount of money and showtime doesn't have that budget so they have to put it on ppv where it won't do great either. The reality is wilder needs to accept that he is going to have to take a significant paycut for at least the next fight or two. He doesn't seem to understand that.
You know Al made Wilder not take the DAZN deal and made him fight Ortiz again and Breazeale without any Joshua attachment even fired Lou Dibella for setting up a meeting with DAZN head of operations with a sit down talks with Wilder fir attempting to make the Joshua fight right ?

Wilder will do exactly what Haymon wants as long as he’s there .

I agree but the hole is so deep for both, DAZN and PBC, I'm not sure they can stay afloat long enough before it happens.

I've said this in another recent thread but it's astonishing that 2 guys that have been praised as being these incredibly smart businessmen, took nearly $2 billion dollars and essentially "blew it". We have a sport that's never been as divided nor as expensive in its whole damn history. Think about that,$2billion dollars and here we are being forced to pay $100 for the likes of Wilder vs Helenius or Canelo vs Ryder?!?.....

As choice as Wilder looked flattening remnants of Robert Helenius, the fact remains Wilder barely got in a round, which is not much over the last 18-months, to say nothing of demonstrating any improvement. I think the world of Wilder as a fighter, but coming off of two brutal hammerings one wonders how he'd really fare against a hungry, skilled, live body with less than 100K on the odometer.

the truth doesn't matter to boxing fans, they have Narratives that they want to push and they will continue to push it "Oh No Gerald Washington Is No Longer PBC They're In Trouble..." LMFAO

Wilder is a Network Free Agent and doesn't want to just go back to Showtime, wasn't too happy with the Commentary and expressed that a few years ago while the rest of the PBC fighters most of them are indeed back on Showtime.

Instead of going back to Showtime maybe Wilder wants to seek out another Platform where he can do his next fight. We will just have to wait and see but straight from his mouth he dismissed the BS from the Losers on youtube making up BS to get views

I'm sure something will be worked out and Wilder vs Ruiz will get sorted out hopefully

Wilder is fighting Ngannou in Nigeria. He’s been going to Africa to secure the venue. Should be a fun fight

Espinoza rejected his rematch with Luis Ortiz and Wilder's team had no choice but to move to Fox. So Showtime might the one Wilder is referring to here when he says, I'm still part of PBC, no bad blood, but I'm willing to work with anyone."

Bro he was mocking Black people, like saying Black people don't own anything. You said all that hot garbage for nothing. He's some type of Mexican like you...

Apparently the fights are being put on PPV as a way to meet the fighters purse demands because they can't guarantee the higher purses any longer. I'm not sure but something funny is going on over there.

It’s because of the PBC and the person who runs it is black.
