I saw him at the Ortiz/Ruiz fight. Watched him walking through the crowd, seemed like he was friendly to everyone

I like Wilder more now than before the Fury losses. I love what he says and the way he does it with a straight face.

Every single fighter makes excuses after a loss. Y'all just pick & choose
Did Foreman blame the suit he wore to the ring?

Wilder whined and cried like a b**** after the Fury loss. He was classless in defeat.

I like him as a fighter but as a person he’s a clown.

they ditched him as soon as he lost his 0 and then wonder why fighters are so scared to risk losing it

Wilder is not dislikable person for me but? He may not ingratiate himself broadly to everyone 'And I would understand way certain folk would dislike him'.

For example, certain people perceive his behavior and antics entirely different to me.

When Wilder reacted the way he did to losing his rematch with Fury.

Most people mocked him, and perceived it a sign of a fighter who had been totally destroyed 'I saw entirely the opposite, although I want to make this clear? I did not condone all of his behaviors'. But I understood looking upon Wilder as a fighter, way he was reacting with such ferocity and intensity.

I was content with Wilder's reaction, I was content that he was not accepting the loss entirely 'And I knew because of this, he was coming for Tyson Fury and there would be a third fight'.

And as it all transpired, Wilder pretty much by himself made Wilder vs Fury III happen. It was Wilder's ambition and conviction which forced the fight 'When masses of the boxing media and fans just wanted Wilder to be quiet'.

Never before since Evander Holyfield vs Rid**** Bowe I, has a fighter gain so much credit in a losing effort. Both fighters came away from that fight winning in different ways etc.

Wilder is attacked because he can be attacked 'It is opportunistic'. Wilder is not very good at playing the sociopolitical games, ether because he does not care or has little awareness.

Tyson Fury is good at using sociopolitical tactics, he is instinctively very good at creating themes and altering public perception 'But of late his antics in this arena, have not quite been going to plan'.

Joshua does not quite use sociopolitical tactics, but he has awareness and cares. That is why he is all yes sir, no sir, please and thank you type of fighter.

I just think Wilder does not care, and he is extremely competitive 'If he was called to fight Fury for the 4th time, he would probably take that fight and come with the same intensity as always'.

Note: Teddy Atlas also said something similar to what I have said, regarding Wilder's attitude to losing a fight 'Atlas in his own words, it is a good sign when a fighter does not become too accepting of a loss'.

Neither Fury, Joshua or Wilder are straight up dislikable fighters. But they are very contrasting fighters both inside and outside the ring.

I’m still a Wilder fan. It’s the Wilder haters that have gone quiet. Back then it was Wilder this and Wilder that. He hasn’t done this blah blah blah.

I'll watch him but recently he's turning into a Gary Russell jr, only fighting once a year for the past 3 years. Most of his quotes outside the ring are just dumb but the one I actually dislike is when he said he wanted a body on his record, then double downed on it.

I wasn't a fan when he was coming up but I am now. He is a dead game fighter and after I saw that dog inside of him, it's hard not to root for him.

Wilder losing his title is one of the best things to ever happen in boxing busy period . It was basically on the verge of turning the actual boxing fans off from heavyweight boxing ,you could sum Wilder up as a delusional narcissist who loved using race to get the worst fans in history, some of them are still on this forum ,most are got new news and had to bring it down several notches then there’s just the few who still can’t let go . Lol

“He's just another white man milking a brother - period. I don't have no filter, that's why people love me," Wilder explained

When this happens and a fighter is trying to slander someone’s character using ugly lies because his backers are racist who ran racist boxing channels on social media , it’s time to run him out of boxing bc this went on for years this play book , now he’s got no titles at all ,as long as it stays that way he’ll seem normal . As they say if you put most people in charge in an authorized position they become azz holes ,well he can’t be one without any belt so I’m good with it now . Wilder was probably the worst heavyweight champion in history I’ve ever seen and Furys gaining ground without the race baiting bull Shyte .
