That's the point, he doesn't care about any of those things, he just wants the fight. Its rare to see from a champion that's considered to be the top in the division to concede all of these things to a newcomer to the weight class, especially to choose to do it rather than persuaded. He deserves to be commended for making the fight happen rather than getting caught up in the intricacies that normally take place.
