But, can he apply that offense vs Wilder? I think stylistically the fight is difficult for Ruiz Junior.

For all of Ruiz Junior's hand speed, and combination punch ability. I have not seen a very high level of movement, educated pressure or the ability to cut off the ring vs a Top level fighter.

Before Ruiz Junior decked Joshua, he was being quite easily beaten 'And this was a aggressive Joshua, who was moving towards Ruiz Junior'.

Wilder's movement is not super great, but he has greater athleticism than Ruiz Junior 'Probably also has better endurance'.

Ruiz Junior is going to be in the danger zone all night, which is constantly fighting from Mid-Long Range vs Wilder 'When what Ruiz Junior needs to do, is close down that range'.

The more the range is closed down on Wilder, the less effective his power becomes.

Stylistically this is a great fight, because Ruiz Junior knows 'That he has to move towards Wilder, Ruiz Junior does not have the long range game to out box Wilder'.

This is a violent fight from the first bell etc.
Ruiz fast hands are a problem for any fighter plus he has a good chin. Even when knocked down he gets up and fights. Wilder's whole game is to sit back, jab and then deliver that right hand, he really doesn't have any other skill especially when the fighter is close to him where he gets out hustled. It is an interesting fight but Andy is far the puncher that some makes him to be here. He does have power but that speed and timing is his best asset.

Yes that is right, Ruiz Junior is not a monster puncher but? His speed, combination punch ability and variation makes his offense very destructive.

I honestly think he has a better offense than Fury. But Tyson Fury is better and pretty much all other areas.

Remember what Evander said about Andy Ruiz after a sparring session with him.. Problem is that even Arreola put Andy down, so imagine what would happen if Wilder catches him.

Hmmnnn... Ruiz dropped AJ multiple times and took his belts and his '0'. Wilder, even in a loss, dropped Fury multiple times, and Fury has openly said no one else is tougher than Wilder. Looks like the USA HW Division is doing just fine thank you.
