Very sad news about Ron Lewis, having just lost my own father I feel immensely for his wife, kids, and family.

Also, Steve, nothing directed towards you but as someone with advanced medical training - that's a fine idea but it carries a serious risk. At least have something with some sodium and potassium to replace those electrolytes

I eat my share of junk food, am vaxed and in my late 50s. I haven't had alcohol since 2007, never smoked, never used drugs, never smoked weed. I think a lot of what we're seeing has to do with genetics and also how many toxic people someone allows into their lives.

He passed from a heart attack. When you hit his age, that shit can happen to anybody.

he guy I was replying to seemed to be alluding to something by saying 'lately' - of course people have been dying of heart attacks pre and post pandemic - but in any case there are ways to increase and decrease the probabilities
