If you’re working a physical job, eating fruit along with your cleanse may be a healthier option than just water. Even if you have plenty of extra weight, it’s not likely you will metabolize sufficient amounts of stored energy. The fruit pulp will clean you out as well. Some lean protein wouldn’t hurt either.
well maybe its because of vaccine damage but maybe its because people are so out of shape and eating so much processed food - all of which increases disease and worsened prognosis
detoxify if you can
next week i am going to try a 5 day water only fast (while working a physical job) - reason being is to detoxify

Im probably 20-25% body fat so plenty of fat for energy before the body starts breaking down muscle. My understanding is our bodies start using ketones after about 18 hours but the ketonic process can take up to ten weeks before it's really efficient.
The main idea is to detoxify though so organic fruit is a good idea whereas protein less so from a detox point of view.Comment
