my best example of how I love both

I love Chris Arreola, that is my dude he and his trainer Henry I will ride until the sun goes out on their careers.

    However

the boxing job Vitali did on my man made me stand up and applaud. Chris came to bury him and Vitali schooled him something awful

as sad as it was to see my friends go down in defeat I was proud the sport has a great champ like Vitali to be the benchmark

I think Sugar Ray Leonard could do both from second to second minute to minute within the same fight.

That's the pluperfect example of a versatile fighter.

GETTING my Sugar Ray plug in here.

of course Chris ****ing dies when he tells that story

Henry went to the weigh in with a shirt that had a lightning bolt on it and the name Electric on the back

His LA hat he wore had a lightning bolt on it as well

BTW Henry is pretty good with his hands from what Chris said NH he was knocking fools out then the cops came and before Henry had a chance to say "I'm coo..." they tazed his ass.

you in LA Mak? you should go to the Ontario shows if so they are always there

So what did and do you think of Chris crying like a baby?
Is it all heart or no heart?

I thought it was good to see a grown man show emotions.

Oliver McCall crys before every fight. I've witnessed this first hand balling like a baby.
              It was unique for sure.
This from boxing@insider interview a while back

Oliver McCall: “I usually cry when I go to the ring anyway. So I can pump myself up emotionally. So I can really inflict what I need to inflict on my opponent. That’s my only way of really pumping myself up other than him actually hitting me.”

I know what he put into this fight I know what he sacrificed and I know he would have wanted to go on but Henry saved him from himself.

Henry told me he and Chris had this conversation one night and Chris told him if he stopped the fight he was going to kill him but thats his fighter and his friend in there and I for one applaud Henry's choice to stop it

the emotions of everything just exhumed out of his body it happens even to the most stoic of people

Chris and me at the Conga Room post fight:

                  40 pages!!!

My fundemental love of boxing is grounded in fighting techniques; how they move, how they time their shots, how they avoid getting hit etc.

Then comes the drama, the wars, the slugfeasts.

With a technical fighter like Floyd, there is always more to learn, understand and study about his style.
A war is exciting, and is the magic that happens every now and again.

I'm a boxing fan 1st. Fighter fan 2nd. I have had many favorite fighters over 40 years, and boxer with come and go, but boxing will still be here with fresh new talent. Out with the old, in with the new. I'll be picking favorites in the future same as i do now..long live boxing!
