I'm still wondering how you could separate boxing from fighting.

BOXING is an ARTFORM !!!
FIGHTING is not!

Everybody can Fight
Not everybody can box.

Totally agree! Fighting is great and I love its place in boxing, but its still second to Boxing. Like you said boxing is an art form and I love and respect it.
I like to watch a great boxer in slow motion, where you can see the art form play out like a martial Art form.
I see the excitement in Fighting and also like it, but the sport is not called fighting its BOXING.
If you really love the sport you accept and like all of its aspects along with all of the fight styles, boxer, KO artist, boxer/puncher, puncher, defensive specialist(my least favorite),and the gifted few that are hybrids(Roy Jones Jr, Floyd Mayweather etc.)
I also like the **** talkers, the humble fighters, the Brash, the pretty boys, the hard headed ones, the business oriented..all of them.

So dont just try to **** on floyd's impact on the sport.

I'm not ****ting on Floyd. I admire his work but it is limited inside that ring. Outside of the ring, ... you continue. IMO, you can compare Jordan to Ali. Class + Body of Work + sport transcendace.

Look at you. You compared them again and said Mayweather is undefeated. And then said PPV sales. hahahaha. You would probably find out that the audience of MJ span the the entire globe. And Floyds earnings pales in comparison to what MJ earns.

Tell that to a Karate Master or a Shaolin Monk or any recognized fight technique. Truth is they are all under the main Group called FIGHTING. Boxing is really a technique/style of fighting.
