Lomachenko does have a by far more superior inside game, than Haney.

But one of the determining factors in the fight, will be whether Lomachenko can apply this attribute.

Kambosos Junior knew exactly what type of fight was needed to beat Haney, but he was unable to execute it.

Now? Haney is a big 135 pound fighter. And eventually weight draining himself to make 135 pounds is going to markedly effect his performance and condition.

Lopez lost his fight vs Kambosos Junior, because Kombosos was in better condition 'And more solid at the weight'. For me this was the determining factor.

This sounds cliche, but this fight could be getting made just at the right time for Lomachenko.

Leading up to Haney vs Kambosos Junior, there was many boxing fans who were alarmed prior to fight 'Of Haney's condition, because he looked to be really struggling to hit that 135 pound limit'.

A peak Lomachenko, has the foot speed, educated footwork, pressure 'And the inside game, to give Haney his toughest fight'.

I don't think this fight is a unachievable win for Lomachenko 'He has the attributes, that stylistically would give Haney his toughest fight'.

If Haney was a monster power puncher, or physically his brute strength was elite 'Then this fight would be a miles easier fight for him'.

The fact of the matter is, Haney has not been that type of fighter. So far he has been a super elite fighter, performing with a very specific style.

I cannot describe Haney as a complete fighter. He has to achieve more feats, and show that he has a all-round game 'I don't rate him along side fighters like Spence Junior, Terrence Crawford skill for skill'.

But of course right now, Haney is the favorite in this match up.

Lomachenko is by a far margin the more skilled pugilist. If he brings his A game Haney will not be able to compute. It could get ugly for Devon. Loma can win this fight, no matter what racist Devon fans think, contorting reality to fit thier narrative that Loma is just another white hope. Pound for pound Loma is light years ahead of the prodigy Haney.

Where do you want him to go? Eddie Hearn is the only one who gave him a promotional shelter when nobody else wanted him, including your uncle Al Haymon. Haney himself was singing kumbaya on how Hearn made him what he is today. Why don't you tell your uncle to make Haney an offer he can't refuse as soon as his contract with Arum is over?

Devin Haney is big and fights long, kinda like Masayoshi Nakatani but without the power

Highlight reels and fancy tricks don’t make you more skilled. Devin has one of the best jabs in the game & has better timing than Loma, those two attributes alone are better than anything Loma has...including his movement which there’s already a blueprint for stopping. Loma can win the fight but he’s going to need extreme luck. Loma should’ve brought his A-game against Jamaine Ortiz & Teofimo Lopez.. instead he look stuck and very average at times.

They fight nothing like each other. Nakhatani just got stopped against Yoshino whom Shakur Stevenson is fighting next

Yes, surely Loma will be a 50 to 1 underdog. And apparently, Devin Haney will also stop him...

Some great takes in here lol

Prime Loma might be a different matter.

he’s older now, probably been slowly declining for a few years

Hes also undersized at 135 and Haney is a very big 135. Even Lopez showed if you can keep Loma on the end of a jab and you can pivot, he’s going to struggle to close the distance. The only success Loma had in that fight was when Lopez lost a bit of discipline with the game plan

Haney will employ those tactics more effectively for 12 rounds and has absolutely no problem stinking the place out if he has to.

I’d love to see Loma beat him but at this stage, I just can’t see it.
