More than a few people on this board picked JMM. Many on this board and in the media expected Floyd to have problems with JMM and win a close decision.
He won every round, completly dominating the number 2 p4p fighter in the world.

Thats what Im saying...people were picking JMM like he could be the one to beat Floyd....Floyd was in a "lose lose" situation, with only sure Money, So basically Floyd did what he had to do and better.

What about Roberto Duran? Is it not the same situation when he moved up all those weight classes? Why couldn't Marquez give it a shot. Duran was never as light as Marquez but then again Marquez isn't exactly moving up to middleweight either.

Sure Sure!..if he lost everyone would be saying how great JMM is and Floyd cant beat a blown up...blah blah blah.
No one forced JMM to fight Floyd and look so bad, he rolled the dice and got blown out, because if he won it would have been like hitting the lottery.
So Floyd gets much credit.
