exactly, these are all estimates at best. If UFC doesn't release their numbers, what's that say about their PPV buys? Obviously not a good thing.
Dana White where you at?

Dave Meltzer reported each and every one of these figures. He is a very credible source.
As for the second part of your statement.

You do realize that Meltzer covers UFC for Yahoo Sports which is a partner of the UFC.
Yeah, very credible. Try again.
And the second part of my statement is dead on.Comment

Come on morebass, I am waiting for you to give me a more credible source than a guy that is on UFC's payroll.Comment

Believe them or not, I could care less.
And actually, they are averaging around 500,000 buys per PPV in 2009.Comment

I doubt Dana is caring, he has something Boxing hasn't heard about in quite sometime now...NEILSON TV RATINGS lol.
Dana has Network TV money that's also consistently moving with The Ultimate Fighter 10 debuting to 4.1 Million viewers with 2.9 Million viewing this passed Wed. How many viewers does Versus or Friday Night Fights get on a weekly basis?
Just sayin...Comment

So....there isn't a credible source that releases UFC's PPV buys?
Just wanted to make sure
Oh yeah, they are averaging 500,000 buys as reported by an employee of the UFC. Just wanted to clear that up.Comment

Although you are a Floyd Hater you are actually right in the last paragraph. Boxing needs MMA and MMA needs Boxing. The effect is US, the FANS getting better cards. IT'S REALLY THAT SIMPLE.^ Sure, Floyd Mayweather drew more than a card headlined by Rich Franklin and Vitor Belfort.
If you step back and look at the bigger picture though, the UFC has already broken their own record for PPV sales in a year, in any sport. They've sold more than 6 million PPV's this year, with a few more events still yet to come.
I mean, I love how you morons turn everything into a Boxing vs MMA thing, when really YOU as a fan should be thanking Dana White and the UFC because without them, you'd still be getting 3 bull**** undercard fights with one good main event fight.Comment
