It will do nowhere near that number unless they go all out on the promotion and have the networks plugging this fight as well as doing some ****** nonsense to pull in the fanbases of both fighters.

lol sounds delusional, but really hes outright lying because being in the industry he KNOWS ppv numbers are way down from even 5 years ago.

people want to see fake celebrity boxing, nobody who isnt hard core boxing fan even heard of Tank. All these guys PPV are bombing lately. This aint 20 years ago when there was no youtube, no netflix, nothing and casuals and non boxing fans heard about "the fight" happening this weekend and it was a Tito vs DLH or something so they decided to buy it. now days there is so many more options of things to watch and non boxing fans arent dropping $80 on it.

not even khabib v mcgreggor did 2.5 million PPV buys and that is way more popular and with way more causuals talking about that fight.

Ive actually never even heard of anyone IRL talking about Tank or Garcia. If I mention I like boxing to someone they usually will ask me if I am watching the UFC fight that weekend.

Not disagreeing with you about Oscar or the POV numbers. 500k-700k is possible.
That said, This is the biggest fight in that weight class. And there two are finally fighting. I don’t see a problem with that
I don't agree that this is the biggest fight at 135 however, if it actually is, then that's a sad reflection on the state of boxing; a "fight between two fighters reluctant to fight the best at their weight".

Guarantee Fishnets said this after snorting a huge amount of blow like Tony Montana after he shot Sosa’s hitman.

600k max and thats being generous. I dont see bud vs spense nor tank vs garcia selling more than 600-700k tops with full promotion

Oscar must be talking about world wide PPV numbers. With DAZN offering the fight to its clientele 2.5 million worldwide doesn’t sound that unreasonable.
