The difference is, when Boots found out it was not going down, he said, "F-k that, we want Spence Jr. ASAP," and petitioned the IBF! Vergil did not use his WBO #1 for Crawford, he chose to petition the WBA for Stanionis! Crazy part, even though he has done this, the WBO still has him WBO #1! Boots is WBO #2!

Teddy really hasn't achieved that much on his own.
