Comments Thread For: Tim Tszyu: Tony Harrison Was Next Best Available Option; It's All On The Line, A Gamble

Tim Tszyu didn't shy away from fighting the only opponent who has beaten Jermell Charlo before Tszyu could get his own shot at the fully unified 154-pound champion. Tszyu, who will face former WBC champ Tony Harrison on March 12, told FOX Sports Australia on Monday that he is ready to "take them all out."

I wouldn't mind seeing Harrison charlo 3. Their second fight was one of the best build ups to any fight I've seen.

All credit to Tszyu, he is clearly a man not afraid to take risks. Respect on his name

Fundora was a available why you didn't fight him two mandatories on the line to fight a reigning undisputed champion.

I'm liking Tim's attitude more and more. That alone can carry you quite far, sometimes.

Not much of a risk when he's probably earning more money fighting this fight (as he a big draw in Australia).

That’s a problem with this site people don’t get it and make dumb aSs comments. If a person makes a tone of money, he can’t still be facing a risk? Tony is a former champion and a tall rangy boxer puncher with excellent skills, with a few weaknesses, however he’s a big risk. Wake the hell up!

This is a great fight, quit complaining. The article explains why Harrison is the opponent, Tszyu is WBO mandatory, has to face the highest rated available guy in their rankings.

I'm not saying it's a bad fight these mandatory guys should of just fought eack other with no dates prior to yesterday in a FOTY potential war! Errol Spence might fight the winner knowing how boxing work.

Bullshit! Just who do they think they are fooling? If Tony Harrison was such a gamble then Team Tszyu would have never taken the fight in the first place.

They know Harrison is now a physically ruined and damaged goods fighter since the Jermell Charlo rematch. If they really want to impress me then let them fight a Magomed Kurbanov, Sebastian Fundora, Brian Castano or a Erickson Lubin instead.
