Talking about Bivol is probably their way of keeping his name relevant in the mix. His competition level has been far underwhelming for someone who was a titlist about half a decade ago. There's plenty of heat at 160 and 168 for him to step up and really establish himself as a serious player in the game instead of just a solid local attraction.
