Because PBC is broke dude,they've been taking on water for like 2yrs now. We all know this fight belongs on regular SHO but here we are. No casual is going to fork out $80 for 2 guys they've never heard of. 75K buys max.For the love of god, someone give PBC a network deal already,enough already lol!

On regular SHO: Matias/Ponce (absolute ****er), Vargas/Foster (decent match-up but I'll probably skip it), and Jermell/Tszyu (delayed but hopefully still happens) and Figueroa/Magsayo is supposedly being negotiated.

But those of us that aren't burying our heads in the sand, know these type of fights have no business on PPV. I've been looking forward to this match-up. I really like both guys, so I hope regardless of who wins it's a great fight and the decision (if it goes to that) is just. But, c'mon man, ANOTHER PPV? I've been saying for a while now that PBC is hurting for $ and this right here reenforces that idea. Yeah, these are the top 2 guys at 168 other than Canelo, but still, y'all. I'm in agreement that the undercard has to be really good for me to shell out.

It's surprising that there are fans who want to pay MORE for fights. The PPV model is being thoroughly abused, and the consumer is actually excusing it.
