Damn I thought Kongo edged that fight last night, admittedly haven’t watched it back yet though.

Essuman had him real hurt plenty of times just kept smothering his shots
Should of gotten the ko imo but just couldn’t
High intensity fight , I really enjoyed it

Dalakian vs Jiminez should be in for sure - per TBRB they're #3 and #4 (#3 amd #6 per Ring) despite the fact that the absurd bias of the Boxrec algorithm against the lower weight classes only has it a 3 star fight.

Bohachuk vs Nate could be a fun fight but not only is in waaay further down the rankings but Serhii is also a much wider favourite than Artem is over Jiminez.

Great catch, man. I might have missed than one if I'd just run a 4* search.

And apologies I been relatively absent the last few days - I had a gruelling weekend but I'm now apparently a BBBoC accredited boxing for fitness coach courtesy of the Hatton gym in Hyde. Just call me Boxercise Koba....

Nah - it was a good course - heavy on promoting technique. Don't make me a real boxing coach of course but helped me nail down some of the fundamentals and learned a whole bunch about pad work... gonna get to work on the youth club kids next Friday.

High point of the weekend - kid next to me when we were doing introductions was a Latvian living in Telford (training outta Richie Woodhalls gym apparently) name of Konstantin - Kostya, of course. In the Hatton Gym. Stood right under a picture of a different Kostya. Wish I'd had my phone to hand to take a pic.

Was a fight of two halves. I had Kongo winning most of the early rounds and a few middle rounds, then Essuman dominated the last 4-5 rounds to close the gap. I was in the arena and admittedly haven’t watched it back but I had it 115-113 Kongo on the night.

I had no issue with the cards. Was a very close fight. Just wish I hadn’t burned my x5. Ah well…

I thought he finally emulated Roy Jones Jr last night. The shot version who fought in the 2010’s.

Apparently, the only thing Eubank learned from Roy is how to get drained by going down in weight and lose punch resistance
