Ha who's on here complaining the most about Manny beating a guy in his prime that called out Floyd and Floyd ducked. Floyd boys. Always got a full clip of excuses.

The guy started the thread giving Manny props for outhustling Thurman and you cats did nothing but s""t on it.

        • That fight was closer than people realize. I would take 1x in a run back. People just hate on Keith because he can scrap.

But he smiles and is ''humble''......

You Pac Bois love to criticize May and tear down his reesume.
When anyone dares questions Pac's resume, that person is a hater.

            Pac's ''mega'' fights -
            Erik ?
            Marco ?
            Cotto* ?:
            DLH* ?
            Margarito* ( ) ?

You may be right about the odds aspect.
            However....
There can be no mistaking that Pac fought Cotto*, DLH* and Margarito* AT THEIR ABSOLUTE WORSE.

Why is it you think Pac fought Erik, Marco, JMM and Bradley so many times ?!?!?!
            EASY FCKING OPPONENTS (stylistically speaking).

What exactly were Pac's DISADVANTAGES vs them ?!?!?
            Please, tell me......
Who called out ODLH again? Who called him out when Pac had just fought at 135lbs? It sure as hell wasn't Pac. In fact, the only reason they agreed to fight ODLH AFTER being called out was Roach trained ODLH a fight or two back and knew he lost enough steps that Pac could probably take him. Pac was never trying to seek out ODLH.

Cotto was only at his worst once Pac dropped him in Rd3. He was right there neck and neck with Pac and could of honestly gone the distance. I think the stoppage was done either too late or should of just let Cotto see the bell at that point.

How can you simply state he fought Erik, Marco, Bradly and JMM so many times? You're summing up so much drama and variables into a simple question. There was so many reasons behind each. I didn't care about the Bradly rematches, but did feel Pac got robbed hardcore in the 1st, so the rematch was inevitable. Then you can't have the opposite guy win a rematch and not call for the rubber match.

The Barrera rematch was to see if Marco truly did have an off night in their first fight and Pac had to prove it was no fluke. Erik, well the first fight was awesome and everyone wanted to see a rematch. It was crappy that Erik went up in weight and took the L against Raheem which weakened the quality of the rematch. Though again, Erik was right there with Pac until Pac turned up the heat in the 2nd half and Erik took serious punishment.

The JMM are fights are historic.

I don't know man, Pac's got a resume that is hella entertaining. If you can't find enjoyment in his fights, I'm not sure what else to tell you. You would find him in the action genre of a movie store or app. Knows how to put on a show. If you going to simply trash on him at every chance you get, that's on you, but it won't effect or change any others who enjoy the heck out of the fights he gave us.

              1) Call outs are weak. All a person has to do is flap their lips.
              2) It's a business and fighting Pac = money.
              3) No *, no fight with Cotto. If 1 pound wasn't that important, no one told that to Pac.
              4) He fought Erik, Marco, JMM and Timmy 12x !!! He wanted to fight JMM again.
              5) Pac is crowned The Catchweight King for a reason.
              6) He's fought way too many no hopers for me to consider his resume anything more than fan fiction.
              7) Pac was entertaining on the same level Gatti was.
              8) If Pac were a boisterous boxer like Paul M, he'd have less fans.
              9) Pac would have cemented his so called legacy had he agreed to RANDOM blood tests.
              10) If being a fan means lying to yourself.....

              Edit -
I still don't know what Pac's disadvantages were when he fought ''quality'' opponents.

Random blood tests turned Pac into a superstitious coward.

Pac at 147lbs was at a disadvantage against almost all his opponents who were natural WWs. He looked smaller than most if you pause and look at arms/back size of his opponents and was one of the reasons he couldn't KO them anymore. It went both ways in that, Pac was seeking bigger paychecks and knew he had to face bigger guys, but those same big guys wanted to face Pac.

Now initially there was weight clauses because Pac just entered WW (because of ODLH calling him out), but had just won the belt at 135lbs. The idea there was that, Okay, other big name fighters wanted Pac because of the money it brought and assumed he was a smaller guy for WW (rightfully so). So Pac and team said, Okay, we can make the fight, but we need to meet somewhere in the middle. He wasn't yet a full fledged WW fighter.

As Pac stayed at WW for the rest of his career, and "grew" into the division and I say "grew" because he never really got that much bigger, he just adjusted better to his larger opponents, they removed the weight stipulations.

Almost all of Pac's quality opponents had some kind of better quality than him in some area. Whether they were better technical boxers, could punch harder, or had a better chin. There was something each brought to the table that you could believe would of toppled Pac. In most of those instances, however Pac was able to neutralize that advantage.

Shot to shlt Margarito* was bigger than Pac
Shot to shlt DLH* was taller than Pac

Did I leave anyone out ?!?!

Shot Algieri, Bummy Clottey, Shot Broner, Vargas, Timmy, Shot Rios, Ugas, Shot Mosley, etc...all pillow punchers or the worst version of themself.

The only WW name a Pac fan can be kinda proud of is Sometime.
One name out of how many ?!?!?

What other div could Pac have fought in, if not WW ????
