  • Thurman Only Has 1 Loss To Pacquiao And Is Still A Better Win Than Anyone On Crawford's Resume

It's too much hate goin on. Thurman is still the 3rd biggest name in the welterweight division and has only lost to Pacquiao. He is still a good win on anyone's resume and better than anyone on Crawford's resume. Yes he's been inactive and lost a crazy amount of momentum but let's not talk about him like he's Avanesyan. This is a good fight. Some of yall are complaining about nothing.

Let's give Keef a pass on that. Remember, R. Truth did the same thing:

Foley gave a shill to Pittsburgh when they were in Columbus, OH.

Some of these guys travel so much it's hard to keep stuff straight especially when it's similar name. Plus - San Antonio and San Diego...well, let's just say that they share an equal number of residents who may not actually be US citizens and leave it at that.

Who was Thurman’s last good win? Danny Garcia?

            That was 6 YEARS ago.

In 2023 Thurman may still have name value but he lacks credibility as a top level fighter. You can’t just dine out on what you did over half a decade ago.

just to put into perspective how terrible the post-mayweather era has been, these are keith thurman's greatest victories:

              danny garcia
              shawn porter
              robert guerrero
              carlos quintana
              luis collazo

thurman, spence, crawford...they all have weak resumes, because this is a weak era of boxing, which is why a lot of you are promotional company fanboys

Especially if you arent in the gym. Thurman been laying around in his love nest getting fat. He definitely gonna feel the struggle of the the type of camp needed to beat Spence. I doubt he has the energy snd i expect a quick cash grab of about 6 rounds.

Dude has one foot in retirement already and has for years. His last good win is like 5-6 years ago. He's a name and nothing more at this point. I don't care who Spence or Crawford fight if they're not fighting each other. They might as well both retire as far as I'm concerned if they won't get in the ring with one another.
