As well as he should. Prograis is a consummate professional who doesn’t take short cuts. He’s a throwback. It’s what real fighters do when they believe in themselves. We could use more fighters like the “Rougarou”

I doubt that. Prograis seems really entitled

"Split aside, a Prograis-Ramirez fight was probably never realistic because Top Rank refuses to do any business with Probellum, Prograis’ promoter. Top Rank boss Bob Arum stated earlier this year that his company would not work with any entity that had ties with alleged Irish drug cartel kingpin Daniel Kinahan, of which Probellum, Arum said, was one."

Which is why we will not see Prograis vs. Teofimo Lopez either. Teo Sr. knows this, which is why he can pop s--t, knowing that fight won't happen! Lipinets or Ergashev! Pick one! MAN UP!

Boxing is a business first. Not gonna knock Ramirez for how he's going about handling his business and getting the best terms for him. But it seems Ramirez is playing hardball to kinda cover up that he's not sure he can beat Prograis. Don't think he's totally ducking, but at the same time he doesn't seem too keen on facing Prograis even though he has title.

So Regis says publicly he would take short money to fight Ramirez if the roles were reversed. The Latino audience helps pay boxing's bills we know but publicly stating you would take less seems like a bad business move. Nobody on the streets knows who Ramirez is, no reason to simp for him.

You can go back to fighting overseas or on Triller cards for all we care..

No one checking for you with that vacant trinket either big mouth.
Regis would KO anyone GBP or Top Rank has to offer at 140.

I like Regis, but he's beating a dead horse. He might as well forget about these guys. First he didn't bring anything to the table. Now that he's champion, they want the gross national product to fight him. He might have to move to 147 just for a payday.
